Jennifer Wünnecke publishes Comics and Zines that deal with the search for identity and the question of how we define ourselves in a world full of adversity. She is most interested in how we define normality and where we can find hope when there is not much to hope for. Her works use fictional settings to speak to the broader human experience. She uses black ink and watercolor to create comics with an international look.

As a fierce defender of Fanart as artistic expression Jennifer Wünnecke continues to make fanart as a cornerstone of her work. Her current main focus is the Anime and Multimedia Franchise Digimon. She uses digital art as well as black ink to create an ever growing collection of Fan Illustrations.
